Steam egg-plant
蒸茄子,想弄這味餸很久了,這是我喜歡的其中一味餸!做法極簡單:把茄子切成小塊,用砂糖撈一撈,以去除茄子的澀味,隔水蒸至軟身,再淋上用蒜泥、豉油、熟油煮成的醬汁,即成!
以前吃的都是亞媽做的,這是我第一次的實驗品,味道如何? ...醬汁很好,但茄子好澀!究竟落幾多糖先夠呀?!
